Firex North exhibitor Kentec is to run a prize draw at the fire safety show next month.

The winner is to be offered a choice of activities, which could range from experiences like scaling a cliff or driving a high performance car around a racetrack. The competition, held at the two-day exhibition in Manchester, can be entered by dropping a business card at the company’s stand. 

Earlier this year, Kentec fitted the newly built Cardiff City stadium with a fire safety system, as specified by integrator Tiger Fire and Security.

A total of four, four-loop, Kentec Syncro fire control panels were fitted at the 26,828-seated sport and concert venue.

They were integrated to a 500-speaker PAVA system, with the aim of protecting areas like public concourses, changing rooms and offices.
