Shere Khan, Zizzis, Pesto, Nandos and Chaobaby have all had the solution installed in their kitchens inside the shopping centre.

The systems have been designed to offer both canopy protection and extended ductwork protection to roof level, as well as meet individual aesthetic requirements.

Part of the brief specified that “unsightly pipework and protruding nozzles manufactured in cheap looking copper or brass plating were to be avoided.”

The K-Series systems, which are electrically controlled, have been built to specifications and designed following a risk assessment taking into account the requirement of successful fire suppression.

Installation comprises a stainless steel cylinder with an F class wet chemical liquid “designed for fast flame knock down and fire suppression”.
