A major fire at a cardboard factory last week is being treated as suspected arson, according to the West Midlands Fire Service.
Around 70 firefighters were called to the blaze which started at Conyers Packaging, Lye, at 9.40pm last Wednesday.
Three single storey factory units were destroyed in the fire, which continued until around 2.20 am when it was put out by crews.
Two main jets and a ground monitor were used, while firefighters were forced to go over nearby railtracks in order to tackle all the areas affected.
Lye station was closed in the meantime, and trains ran at a reduced speed the next day.
The incident is currently being investigated by both the fire service and the police, and is regarded as suspicious, a spokesman from West Midlands Fire Service told info4fire.
