A director of a fire and security solutions company is the lucky winner of a Red Letter Day experience, courtesy of a prize draw held by Kentec Electronics at last week’s Firex North event in Manchester.

Richard Payne, managing director of Sentinel Fire & Security Ltd, was drawn out of the hat by Info4fire.com editor, Ron Alalouff. Mr Payne has a choice of experiences such as scaling a cliff or driving a high performance car around a race track.

Kentec took the opportunity to exhibit a selection of new products at the event. These included Sigma CPA – an Alarmsense compatible two-wire conventional fire alarm control and indicating panel; Open Connect, a building management system communications interface; and a range of illuminated signs and indicator units.

Mr Payne will also be given a guided tour of Kentec’s manufacturing plant followed by lunch.
