More than 100 people fled a spa day centre in Bath after a faulty fire alarm sounded.
Employees of Thermae Bath Spa called the fire service on 24 July thinking there was a fire in the building.
The building was evacuated of 100 customers and 40 staff before Avon Fire and Rescue service arrived on the scene.
Crews found that an alarm had gone off due to an electrical fault in the system.
At total of 11 firefighters attended the spa just before 4 pm and closed the call after a half hour investigation.
Since the incident, the fire alarm system has been fixed, a spokesman at the spa said.
