Newly built Hotel Splendid Conference and Spa Resort in Becici, near Budva, belongs to the Montenegro Stars group and has more than 300 guest rooms.

The project included the addition of fire extinguishing systems for “sensitive areas” such as IT rooms and control centres. The fire suppression devices are controlled by a Siemens’ MM8000 danger management system.

The video surveillance system, which includes high-resolution cameras and is integrated with a Sipass access control system and a Sintony intruder alarm system, is also controlled by the MM8000 solution.

A room automation solution was also fitted at the 65,000 sq ft hotel, as well as an access control system and a service and reception management solution.
