The Roseville care home is an art nouveau Mediterranean villaKentec have provided fire control panels for a prestigious new five million euro residential care home in Malta.
The rare converted Mediterranean villa, Roseville, has been extended to offer 24-hour care for up to 130 residents in comfortable surroundings.
Commisioners for the project, Firetech Ltd, specified a Kentec 6-loop Syncro analogue addressable fire control panel, for the building. This was supported by over 350 Hochiki smoke detectors, heat sensors, addressable call points, sounder beacons and mains interface I/O modules.
