A discussion forum at Firex South next Wednesday on the fire safety responsibilities of local authority housing providers in the wake of the Lakanal House fire, will include a senior representative from the government’s Chief Fire and Rescue Adviser’s office.
The local authority housing forum is just one of the sessions in a free seminar programme at Firex South, Sandown Exhibition Centre on 16-17 March. Other topics will include selecting fire risk assessment companies, third party fire safety certificated products and services, and fire safety solutions for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
