| The 900evo panel is designed for larger installations |
Static Systems Group will be showcasing the recently introduced 900evo ‘open protocol’ system on stand A34 at this year's Firex North (stand A34).
The 900evo fire panel - which supports digital addressable, conventionally wired and radio-based devices, is described as using computer mother-board principles with ‘plug and play’ technology to radically reduce both installation and commissioning times.
Designed particularly with larger installations in mind, 900evo has already been chosen as the preferred option on a number of multi-panel hospital and prison sites, says the company.
A two loop panel can be expanded to accommodate up to 18 loops and 96 ancillary direct wired circuits without making any existing components redundant; making it suitable for phased installation.
Static Systems’ sales director, Phil Wade said: “900evo is successful because it offers so much in terms of innovation, modular build and advanced site management functions along with proven systems integrity and reduced cost of ownership. It has also been developed to be ‘platform independent’, allowing it to more easily integrate with other systems on site and to adapt as new technologies emerge”.
Static Systems Group will also be exhibiting its Series 600 fire alarm control panels which are available with 1, 2 and 4 loops for the protection of smaller sites.
