A textile factory in Birmingham was almost completely destroyed in a large fire on Sunday.

Around 40 firefighters tackled the blaze at the premises on Rea Street in Digbeth on Sunday morning. Three jets and a hydraulic platform were used in the incident.

Firefighters remained on the scene until Monday morning checking for hotspots. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
