The company's lighting solution comprises an addressable emergency lighting control panel with battery back-up, and addressable, self-contained LED luminaires and signage connected via 40V cabling.
The luminaires have also been equipped with battery back-up.
The show will also see Hochiki launch its fully integrated radio-based fire detection system, as well as a new infrared flame detector. The detector will form part of the company’s CDX range of products.
Other highlights will include a new range of input/output modules and the SmartFix+ range of labour saving and environmentally friendly fire cabling.
The company’s stand will also feature a working prototype of an integrated fire detection and emergency lighting system which operates via the same communications cable, a move that marks “the beginning of a new era for these two vital life safety components,” according to Hochiki.
Part of the stand will be given over to a competition area with the latest Xbox Kinect games console, with a promise of the chance to win “valuable prizes” throughout the course of the show.
