Film goers at a screening of the hit 3-D film Avatar thought the special effects were a bit too realistic when a speaker behind the cinema screen caught fire.

According to a BBC News report, customers at the Vue cinema in Swansea took some time to notice the fire, due to the explosions and gunfire effects in the film.

The screen at the cinema complex was evacuated and the fire was tackled by staff using a portable extinguisher.
