A fire alarm system panel that can combine analogue addressable capabilities with conventional and twin wire systems has been launched by Haes Systems.
The Fusion panel can run any or all of the three technologies separately or simultaneously using modular plug-in cards.
The company says the panel enables installers to upgrade their customers’ systems in phases. “Whilst Fusion is revolutionary in combining conventional and analogue addressable technologies into one panel, the technologies themselves are tried and tested, having been utilised in Haes Systems Excel (conventional) and Vector (analogue addressable) control panels for some years,” explained Haes Systems technical director, Mark Durbridge.
“Fusion has also been designed with innovative features to make it easy to install and maintain,” he added. “The panel’s advanced autolearn facility detects available devices, reducing programming time and the removable chassis greatly simplifies installation. The Fusion control panel is incredibly flexible and scalable; it is effectively ‘future proof’.”
The company has also developed an approved partner programme for installers over the last 12 months.
