Alarm receiving centre for Stanley Black and Decker15 November 2010Stanley Convergent Security Solutions (Stanley CSS), part of Stanley Black and Decker, has officially opened its first European data receiving centre.
The European ProtectionNet Customer Service Centre, which had its opening ribbon cut on 2 November, has been built with the capacity to monitor more than 50,000 customers across the UK. It offers fire alarm monitoring and managed access control services, as well as security functions like enhanced call verification and traditional intrusion. The centre has been constructed and staffed to comply with BS5979. It has an attack resistant steel shell, alarm and CCTV monitoring inside and out, hourly counter duress activity, recording of all inbound and outbound calls and entry/exit by airlock.    |
