Flameshield Fire-Rated Ductwork is an environmentally friendly non-coated ductwork system made from galvanised sheet metal on dedicated machinery without the need for additional spray applied to the external surface.  No spray means no curing time allowing Flameshield fire duct to be produced on an even quicker turnaround. Flameshield non-coated fire-rated system is certified and audited by the LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) as a fire-rated system which is rated for up to 4 hours stability and integrity with 2 hours insulation.  Flameshield’s LPCB CERTIFICATION gives the end-user client the added reassurance of a fire-rated system that is recognised by insurers.
