Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual? The Exhibitor Technical Manual is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'. This will be available shortly.
Q. How do I access the PR and marketing guide? The PR & marketing guide is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone ; log-in using the password sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'PR & marketing guide'. This will be available shortly.
Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges? Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained from 2pm onwards on Monday 28th June 2010.
Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do? Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.

Q. I would like some help with PR & marketing in the run up to the show. What can I do? Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Alternatively contact the Marketing Team.
Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official Fire & Rescue 2010 show guide? Yes, as an exhibitor at Fire & Rescue, you are entitled to a free entry in the official Show Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the Fire & Rescue 2010 website? Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to the PR team who will promote your company in show press release sent out.
Q. When will I receive my contractor passes? Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect? When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
