Welcome to the Fire and Rescue Conference 2010!

Fire Conferences & Exhibitions Ltd (FCEL) are pleased to invite you to join them in Harrogate in 2010. The 2010 conference, entitled ‘Leading a lean and effective Fire & Rescue Service’ will take place in the Royal Hall of the Harrogate International Centre. 

Conference Programme

This year’s programme will feature three main themes: Dealing with the Financial Climate and Change, The Built Environment and The Environment; Mitigation and Adaptation.  We are pleased to announce that both the Fire Minister and Shadow Minister are booked to speak to Conference along with CFOA President John Bonney and FBU General Secretary Matt Wrack.  Representative from academia, including Tony Travers from the London School of Economics,  and business from the UK and overseas will also be joining us to deliver what will be 2010’s most informative conference.

Social Events

This year FCEL is pleased to be hosting a Welcome Reception on the eve of the Conference. Free to conference delegates the event will include a raffle and auction in aid of the Fire Fighters Charity.

In addition to this all Conference ticket packages include a ticket to the Fire & Rescue Networking Event on Tuesday 29th June which will give delegates and exhibitors alike the opportunity to network and discuss pressing issues of the day.

Two day conference pass (1D2) 29th and 30th June = £499 per person plus VAT (Early Bird Price) or £549 per person plus VAT (Regular Price)

Day one conference pass (2D2) 29th June only = £259 per person plus VAT (Early Bird Price) or £309 per person plus VAT (Regular Price)

Day two conference pass (3D2) 30th June only = £259 per person plus VAT (Early Bird Price) or £309 per person plus VAT (Regular Price)

Accommodation

FCEL is pleased to be able to offer its delegates a ‘one stop shop’ for conference and hotel reservations and has reserved hotels in Harrogate at specially discounted rates.  Rooms are available on a first come first served basis to confirmed conference delegates.
